How do I get OgaLine?
Getting on OgaLine is easy! Visit any Zain shop or dealer outlet and get an OgaLine pack (already bundled with 2 lines) for just 800 Naira. If you are an existing Zain customer, you can get onto the OgaLine plan via USSD code as a worker line, go to a Zain shop or dealer outlet and get your account set up.
Managing Your Account
OgaLine lets you manage your account at your own convenience.
It works like a standard prepaid package with the added functionality of business account management. This way, you can easily control your communication costs.
With OgaLine you can add lines to your account, delete lines, change the OgaLine, transfer credit, check your worker-lines’ balance and much more. It’s easy! OgaLine gives you endless ways to manage your account. If you are always on the move, USSD might be the best way for you. You can also visit any Zain shop and our shop consultants will be happy to help.
Adding Lines to Your account
Your package comes with 2 lines, but you can add lines to a maximum of 50 (including the OgaLine). To do so, visit any of the Zain shop or dealer shops and they will help you add the new lines to your account. You can also do this via a USSD code.
You may also want to add existing Zain lines to your account. In this case, you need to follow any of the processes below:
Via The Shop
1. Visit any Zain shop/dealer outlet and provide a list of the MSISDN(s) that you want to migrate to your account.
2. The shop consultant / dealer will give you with a consent form that will need to be signed off by the worker-lines within the following 30 days and an authorization code.
3. Inform your worker-lines or workers of the authorization code.
4. The worker-lines will receive an SMS to ask for permission to be added under your account. They will have 48hours to respond to the SMS with the authorization code.
5. Bring the signed consent form back to a Zain shop / dealer shop within 30 days.
Via USSD
1. With your OgaLine, type *333*44*Zain number# from your OgaLine.
2. The worker-lines will receive an SMS to ask for permission to be added under your account. They will have 14 days to respond to the SMS.
3. Download the consent form from the internet and give to your worker-lines or workers to sign
4. Bring the signed consent form back to a Zain shop / dealer shop within 30 days.
From the moment the worker-line accepts the addition, he will enjoy the Zain ogaLine tariffs and value added services. However, until the consent form has been presented, you will not be allowed to check the balance of the worker-lines.
